Mediterranean cuisine with traditional Menorca's cuisine recipes. Don Tomas restaurant offers all its clients and friends a cuisine prepared by Chef Raul Ramos, in which primarily highlights rice. Among other dishes, you can also enjoy meat; chateaubriand, beef tenderloin, duck breast, lamb shoulder, Menorca's fish, salads and all kinds of pasta. A wide variety of dining on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea offer, as the restaurant has two swimming pools (children and adults) and direct access from the terrace to the beach of San Adeodato. The restaurant has a wine cellar and a wide range of beers, both local craftsmanship as nations and international brands. There is a playground and several satellite TV where you can follow sports events of the day. You can also enjoy our traditional desserts such as chocolate cake, tiramisu, cheesecake and lemon meringue tart.
This summer, you'll find in room Claudiu, Elisabeth and Anna Maria who will attend amiably as usual. Do not hesitate to ask them anything you need.

Don Thomas restaurant was awarded with the first prize in the only popular event held to date on Menorcan cuisine, Cuinart Menorca.
The winning recipe prepared by the Chef of the restaurant, was as follows: " Aubergine ravioli stuffed with fresh tuna, four cheeses (of the island of Menorca) soup, and perfumed with basil."
